PRIVACY POLICY
This site is exclusive for members to find out what is happening in HT modelshop and other like minded creative people. We will never sell or disclose your name, address or e-mail address to third parties. HT Modelshop will only use the information provided by the customers to process orders and contact customers regarding orders, product updates, and special offers, if you wish not to be contacted by HT Modelshop in anyway please tick the correct box when joining, or email us after your order and we will remove you from the system.

DAMAGES RETURN POLICY
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item HT Modelshop will gladly repair/ replace this for you. Please make sure to take note of the following procedure in-case of this event:
Damaged items must be reported to us by email within 5 days of the original shipping date (or on the arrival date of your damaged goods, we are able to see the delivery date via Royal Mail )Then at the cost of the buyer the item must be delivered back to HT Modelshop via Recorded Delivery (equivalent for overseas) the cost for re-delivery will be at the cost of the buyer also. HT Modelshop cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process. Please follow all the above in order to qualify for the aforementioned return/ replacement. Returns must be in/with all of their original packaging. If you have any questions / concerns regarding this policy, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY
As all products are handmade delivery time is within 3 weeks of payment depending on demand of your particular product. If your particular product is urgent i.e a gift please contact us before so we can check stock levels etc.

SALES/ PAYMENT
All sales are final. Should you ever have any particular questions or concern about a product, please contact us prior to purchasing the item. We will do our absolute best to get back to you as soon as possible.
You can pay with PayPal Payment through this website, you can also choose to pay using your credit/debit card or bank account. People that live outside of the payment zone (U.K., Europe, USA, Japan, Australia) may make a bank transfer but please contact me to make this arrangement.

Please keep in mind colours on your monitor might be different to the colours of the real product.
All items on this site are completely handmade while every effort is made to keep items completely identical please be aware that there may be minor differences from the pictures advertised. This is precautionary piece of information and any major differences will result in the item being placed "out of stock" till rectified.
