THE P/T ROLE includes assisting Holly Tomkins at Tomkins Model Makers (Ensbury Park, Bournemouth) in making/decorating models and props for the Grand Grotesque Parade + film (24/9/11, directed by artist duo The Girls, a special commission for Bournemouth Arts by the Sea Festival), odd jobs, collections and drop offs for props. Materials will be provided. *Working from a workshop in Bournemouth (Ensbury Park), see dates below *Plus attending some meetings/events in Bournemouth town centre (with plenty of advance notice) *Hours variable.

We are looking for several people. You’ll get valuable experience working on a live project, you’ll make contacts, be fully credited, receive a reference, strengthen your CV.

Plus it will be fun/surreal! YOU MUST Ideally have model making / prop making / 3D experience of some kind (but please also get in touch if you are enthusiastic but inexperienced) Have creative flair! Have excellent attention to detail Be well organised / reliable / punctual Be based within easy reach of Bournemouth (until the end of Sept 2011) and be able to make your own way to and from the Ensbury Park studio Be over 18 Be good humoured, assertive and able to “pipe up”! If you have your own kit, that's an advantage, please tell us below
