I am former student from The Arts University Bournemouth. Whilst studying and since graduation I have been commissioned to work on projects for Selfridges London, BBC touring Strictly Come Dancing the Professionals, Playstation interactive exhibition, The Girls, POSTED (Julia Royse) and Maddame Tussauds to name a few.
I began my creative career helping complete projects for Ceramic Workshops a family run business which produced the pottery and then taught the customers how to paint and glaze their ceramics. After this I showed an interest in local theatre and worked along side Brownsea Island Open Air Theatre and the 3 local once combined Theaters in Bournemouth. (The Pavilion Theatre, Bournemouth International Theatre and The Pier Theatre)
After a while of Animatronics in Bradford I traveled to California to study the art of Special Effects Make-up at MUD where I was on an intensive course which lead my progression to move back to the UK and study Modelmaking for Design and Media at The Arts University Bournemouth.
I have always been very driven and if I have not been approached independently by companies to work along side them I have always seeked out a project of interest to throw my enthusiasm into. Whilst studying I was able to arrange events like The Mighty Boosh Bash to help fund the exhibition in London with very little expense and 98% profit for the event.
Along with my passion for art and being creative I am always keen to learn new skills and be as versatile as possible with my educational puppets I have traveled to Thai Land to learn how to teach English as a foreign language and learn how to communicate with people in a positive educational way.
I am a creative person direct yet friendly and also have a market stall for the Boscombe Vintage Market where I sell some of my smaller products and interact with other fellow artist. All information can be found on www.htmodelshop.com
